PACKAGEs
Our ceremony packages form a base for your wedding ceremony & include everything you would need for your big day, but still allow you to add your own personal touches to!
We also do the heavy lifting for you as our ceremony packages include delivery, set-up and pack down.
InclusionS
CEREMONY PACKAGE ONE:
- Seating for upto 20 people ~ choose from 20 white wire chairs, 20 white resin bentwood chairs OR 10 white timber bench seats (seat 2 people per bench)
- Rug of choice ~ choose from our pink vintage carpet runner, a round jute rug or a rectangle rug (vintage or neutral available)
- Choice of backdrop/arbour from our range OR 8 pots from our vessel collection filled with dried palms and dried florals (can also be left empty)
- White signing table with two rattan chairs
- Styling piece for signing table
- Delivery, set-up & pack-down within 20km of Newcastle CBD (a travel fee applies for further)
Total Price: $700 + GST
CEREMONY PACKAGE TWO:
All the same inclusions as above but extra seating...
- Seating for 40 people ~ choose from either 40 white resin bentwood chairs OR a mix of 8 white timber bench seats (seat 2 people per bench) + 24 white resin bentwood chairs
Total Price: $900 + GST
CEREMONY PACKAGE THREE:
All the same inclusions as above but extra seating...
- Seating for 50 people ~ 50 x white resin bentwood chairs
Total Price: $1,000 + GST
AVAILABLE ADD ON'S:
- Neutral dried floral piece for use on backdrop/arbour
$100 + GST
- Large arch welcome sign (example below) hired along with a wooden easel for use during your ceremony
$150 + GST
** Please email us for a custom quote if you want a ceremony package for an elopement or if you want to make adjustments to the above inclusions ***
Please keep in mind...
- Set up, pack down and delivery included for travel within 20km of central Newcastle
- An additional travel fee will apply if further then 20km away
- Your chosen ceremony location needs to be within a short walk of ample parking for ease of set up/pack down. If this is not the case an additional fee may apply.
Please also have a suitable wet weather backup plan for your ceremony location.
