Luxury Group Picnics

Our luxury group picnics are the perfect setting in which to celebrate your special occasion. You choose the location and organise your choice of food and let us do the rest. When you arrive on the day you will be blown away by how beautiful your picnic set up looks and your guests will be too! Hire Inclusions

- A selection of quality rugs to suit your chosen style

- A selection of quality cushions to suit your chosen style

- Low lying tables with plenty of leg room for maximum comfort

- Rattan placemats

- Dinner plates

- Side plates (some styles only)

- Gold cutlery - knife, fork & spoon

- Goblet wine glasses

- Water glasses

- Linen napkins

- Table styling pieces such as dried florals, candles etc

- Your choice of either a Peacock chair with dried florals attached OR a Lotus Chair with a side table adorned with a dried floral arrangement

- Delivery, set up and pack down (within a 20km radius of central Newcastle)

- Cleaning of all glassware, plates and cutlery (we still ask you to dispose of any food scraps and pour any liquid from glassware)

If your party does not require a lotus or peacock chair the above prices are reduced by $30.
 


Our pine tables are 1.45m long so the above will guide you as to how many tables your picnic will use & therefore the approx space that will be required to set up your picnic (allow space for people to sit at either end).

Drinks Station

Why not add our drinks station to your picnic. This add on includes our rattan bar cart, 2 x silver champagne buckets, 2 x glass water jugs & styling touches to suit your picnic style. Glassware is already included in your setup but champagne glasses can be added for extra.

"Oh Baby" Sign

Why not add our "Oh Baby" sign to your baby shower picnic. The sign is hired along with a wooden easel and dried floral attachment available in either neutral or lilacs/pinks.

Grazing table

We may not cater our picnics but we can still help you present the food you bring along in a beautiful way! Our grazing table package includes a table, table cloth, a selection of platters/boards, 2 high tea cake stands, cake platter, 8 gold cheese knives and styling pieces (food not included)

Arch with Decal

Elevate your picnic with one of our arch backdrops with a personalised sticker decal. We have a range of arch backdrops in different colours and sizes.

Welcome Sign

Why not add a welcome sign to your picnic. Hired along with a wooden easel.

$120 + gst

 

EXTRA INFo

BOND:

Incase of any incidentals we require a $100 - $200 security bond with every picnic booking (bond depends on picnic size). This will be returned to you within 1-3 working days after we have packed up your picnic and confirmed that all items are still in their original/undamaged condition. Thank you for your understanding.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

- Set up, pack down and delivery included within 20km of central Newcastle

- A travel fee will apply if further then 20km away

- The picnic will be set up for 3 hours.

- Please consider amenities when choosing your desired location as we do not provide bathrooms or power
- Your chosen picnic location needs to be within a short walk of ample parking for ease of set up/pack down

- Please have a wet/bad weather back-up plan if you are planning an outdoor picnic
