Kid's Picnics
Being parent's ourselves we know that planning and executing the perfect kid's party can be time consuming and sometimes life is just too busy! So leave it to us and let us set up and style a fun and colourful picnic for your next kids party.
We currently have one style available for kids which is super girly with florals, bright pinks and oranges and lots of pops of colour and fun!
Custom kids picnics are also available so please get in touch with what you have in mind!
Standard Hire Inclusions
- Floral Kollab picnic rugs (easy to clean off any spills)
- A selection of quality colourful cushions
- Hand-made tables with plenty of leg room for maximum comfort
- Floral bamboo cups
- Paper plates & paper bowl ~ disposable (or our pink side plates for a non-disposable option)
- Wooden fork & spoon ~ disposable (or our gold cutlery for a non-disposable option)
- Paper straws ~ disposable (optional)
- Paper napkins ~ disposable (optional)
- Table styling pieces such as dried florals, candles etc
- Delivery, set up and pack down (within a 20km radius of central Newcastle)
- Cleaning of any cups, plates and cutlery that isn't disposable (we still ask you to dispose of any food scraps and pour any liquid from cups)
* If the children attending the party are 5+ and you would prefer not to use disposable items then instead of the two paper plates we can use our pink side plates and instead of wooden cutlery we can use our gold cutlery. Paper straws and paper napkins are totally optional so let us know if you would prefer not to use them.

Our pine tables are 1.45m long so the above will guide you as to how many tables your picnic will use & therefore the approx space that will be required to set up your picnic (allow space for people to sit at either end).

EXTRA INFo
BOND:
Incase of any incidentals we require a $100 - $200 security bond with every picnic booking (bond depends on picnic size). This will be returned to you within 1-3 working days after we have packed up your picnic and confirmed that all items are still in their original/undamaged condition. Thank you for your understanding.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Set up, pack down and delivery included within 20km of central Newcastle
- A travel fee will apply if further then 20km away
- The picnic will be set up for 3 hours.
- Please consider amenities when choosing your desired location as we do not provide bathrooms or power
- Your chosen picnic location needs to be within a short walk of ample parking for ease of set up/pack down
- Please have a wet/bad weather back-up plan if you are planning an outdoor picnic
